I have limited opportunities to make kid food. So, when I get the chance I go for it! Our Church School has hot lunch every Wednesday. It's put on by members of the Church and parents. It's my turn to serve tomorrow so I thought I would make cake ball cones! I know. With the recent discovery of this addiction, who'd a thought?! I had a blast making these... however, I'm in trouble when my girlfriends Jen & Rachel find out their kids are eating this much sugar for lunch tomorrow! Not only am I going to get the stink eye from them, but the teachers have to deal with this sugar high all afternoon. Yikes!
Introducing, cake ball cones (inspired by Bakerella, once again!)...
The 'ice cream' is a giant chocolate cake ball coated with pink colored chocolate. For the fudge topping look, I added a milk chocolate drizzle finished with a peanut M&M. Delicious!
