Can't Go Wrong with Pudding!

This pudding pie is so delicious and versatile! And not to mention really quick and easy! You can whip this up in under 15 minutes and you can use whatever flavor of pudding you happen to be craving. I have tried many variations, including different pudding flavors with fruit, and it's always a refreshing dessert. Depending on your choice of ingredients, you can keep this pretty low cal, too!

Now, pardon my melting piece of pie but it's soooo hot here that it doesn't survive out of the fridge very long. But, if you look close, you can see the three layers...

Triple Layer Pudding Pie

2 cups cold milk
2 pkg Jell-O instant pudding (I used Butterscotch this time)
1 pre-made Oreo pie crust
1 8 oz. container Cool Whip

Beat dry pudding mixes with milk. Spoon half into the bottom of the pie crust. Stir in half of Cool Whip into the remaining pudding. Spoon into pie crust, making it the second layer. Last, cover with remaining Cool Whip.
