Quick & Easy Cinnamon Rolls!

This variation to the famous cinnamon roll will have you drooling! It's soft and gooey, dripping with cream cheese icing, and topped with fresh apple slices covered in cinnamon, raisins, and pecans. There is very minimal prep work and the smells that come from your oven will draw the neighbors! I would love to give a shout out to the blog I got this recipe from. If this recipe belongs to you, write a comment below so I can recognize you!

Sunday morning brunch is sacred in our house. Unlike during the work week, we have the time to make delicious breakfast foods. This morning we were able to return to the deck after a really hot and humid couple of weeks. We love the outdoors-- it's beautiful and breezy today! Compliment your breakfast experience with this:

It's easy... get pre-packaged cinnamon rolls of your choice, a Granny Smith apple, grab some raisins, chopped pecans, and ground cinnamon...

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Spray your pan and lay the cinnamon rolls down. Peel and core the apple. Cut into slices and lay the slices on top of the cinnamon roll dough. (Some rolls got more than once slice) Sprinkle the chopped pecans and raisins over the rolls. Last, sprinkle cinnamon all over, to look like this...

Put them in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Watch them at the 20 minute mark so you don't over bake them. You want them to be a little soft, but browned, when they come out. When you take them out, lift one of the apples and look at the center to make sure it's cooked. When they come out of the oven, pour the icing all over the cinnamon rolls. I always warm up the icing for about 15 seconds so it's runny and easy to pour. Your finished cinnamon rolls should look like this...

See, I told you... quick, easy, and delicious! Enjoy!
