The Best for Last!

I hosted Thanksgiving this year, so for days I searched for the best pumpkin recipe I could find. I love sweets in every possible form, with the exception of pies. They aren't really my thing, so I decided to go with Taste of Home's Snappy Pumpkin Cheesecake. I have never made it before, but it got great reviews so I went for it. And.... drum roll... it was delicious!!

Since I am stuffed, I am feeling a little too lazy to type out the recipe for you. So, click on the link above if you want to attempt this. I highly recommend it because it didn't have a typical graham cracker crust. The crust was crushed ginger snap cookies and pecans. Divine!
